One lesson remained consistent: handshake deals and verbal promises often fell apart. Many promising projects were derailed by vague agreements, poor accountability, or middlemen who acted in self-interest.

That experience led to the creation of myNDA, a digital-first SaaS platform that helps individuals and businesses formalise working relationships quickly, fairly, and with verified identity. When agreements are made easier, clearer, and more traceable, trust becomes measurable. And in today’s climate, trust is everything.

myNDA is currently being developed in collaboration with Majawit & Associates Sdn. Bhd. (“Majawit & Co.”), a Malaysian-based business solutions company established in 2021, under a licensing and operational arrangement.

Arez, the founder of myNDA and a co-founder of Majawit & Co., is enabling closer alignment between both entities during early-stage development and deployment.

Originally envisioned as a hub for business support services, Majawit & Co. brought together experienced entrepreneurs and independent professionals to provide seamless, multi-vendor solutions for startups and SMEs. This model enabled clients to tap into expert insights across branding, compliance, business modeling, finance, and beyond, all through a single point of contact.

Since then, Majawit & Co. has focused on SPAC and de-SPAC consultation for listing-ready companies, and more recently, a data science community initiative designed to future-proof businesses through analytics.

myNDA represents a natural extension of that mission: bringing digital efficiency, legal accessibility, and operational trust to a broader base of professionals, startups, and enterprises.
